Vintage salvaged church pews greet you after a short path through the wildflowers. Walk down the earthen aisle adorned with woven rugs, past your friends and family seated in the dappled shade from the tall, whispering trees above, arriving at the natural wood arbor under which you'll take your vows.

Located just inside the Adena forest and east of the Great Lawn, the Wooded Cathedral is both secluded, and mere steps away from the picturesque Kirkman Barn reception area. In the fall months, the Wooded Cathedral envelopes guests in the colorful array of leaves that draw thousands of visitors to the Catskills each year, while spring and summer are surrounded by lush greenery. This magical rustic ceremony cove takes full advantage of the natural beauty of Adena.

The Wooded Cathedral is currently under construction, and will be available to couples for the first time in 2025.
