The Tower
Mountain House
The Tower Mountain House is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 4000 square foot estate, named after a circa 1880 retreat on whose foundation it stands today. The house sleeps 13 guests and features a 1000 square foot deck with unadulterated mountain views and a cedar-wrapped hot tub.
Currently being renovated, The Tower Mountain House will be available to couples and their families for the first time in 2025. Couples who opt into our Weekend Getaway package extend their weekend to include Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon, and have the option to host their rehearsal dinner on site.
Key Points:
- The ground-level Wedding Suite has a King bed and includes an en-suite bathroom, private entrance, deck and garden. It features multiple hair & make-up stations, an 1800s French triptych cheval dressing mirror, floor-to-ceiling sun wall, and mountain views.
; - The 600 square foot Great Room boasts immersive views in a grand yet inviting atmosphere, perfect for hosting a rehearsal dinner or morning after brunch, or for easy lounging with the entire household.
- The enchanting Parlor features an original wood-burning fireplace, a cozy side bar, leather chesterfield and two intimate reading nooks.
- The Cidery* is an eclectic bar area for the wedding party to gather and get ready for their big moment, providing picturesque views of the grounds from the upcycled barstools.
- The heart of the home, the grand Kitchen, overlooks Hunter and Windham Mountains and welcomes chefs of all abilities. A massive island hosts the 5-burner stove and room to comfortably seat six, while the double oven and large stocked pantry will ensure you have everything you need for your culinary adventures in the Catskills.
Couples who do not opt into our Weekend Getaway package have access to The Wedding Suite & en suite bathroom, Dining Room, Deck, and Cidery to use as getting ready spaces.
When couples opt into Weekend Getaway package, The Cidery is reserved for staff use.
